The City of Boise is rewriting the Boise Zoning Code. Zoning Codes guide the minimum lot size, types of housing that can be built in a neighborhood, required parking, and resident involvement in reviewing new construction among other things. EENA is currently studying the rewrite and will be updating the neighborhood as we learn more. The City of Boise is hosting an open house tomorrow (Thursday, July 28th) at the Quail Hollow Golf Course Clubhouse and we are encouraging EENA residents to attend, learn more, and ask questions about what this means for your neighborhood.
