ADA COUNTY — Whether it’s during the daily commute or while hitting the road for vacation, Ada County residents are encouraged to report potholes as they see them.
ACHD’s annual Pothole Days begins Monday, April 4. The event encourages residents to report potholes so crews can promptly fix them, keeping the roads safe and preventing damage to vehicles. On average, ACHD crews fill around 2100 potholes each year.
Reports should list the location of the pothole, including nearby cross-streets or landmarks. Residents can also add a photo if it is safe to do so.
ACHD maintenance crews aim to respond to reports of potholes within 24 hours.
Pothole Days runs through Friday, April 8th. However, members of the public can report a pothole to ACHD at any time by phone, the ACHD Reporter App, or the Tell Us form.
