Several first responder vehicles will temporarily park outside the St. Luke’s Boise Medical Center/Idaho Elks Children’s Pavilion on Wednesday evening, Dec. 22, 7-7:15 p.m. They will briefly shine their emergency lights to show support for kids in the hospital during the holidays.
WHAT: ‘Light the night’ with first responders shining their emergency lights.
WHO: First responders, including Boise Police Department, St. Luke’s Children’s, Air St. Luke’s, Boise Fire Department, Meridian Fire Department, Meridian Police Department, Ada County Sheriff’s Office, Nampa Police Department, Caldwell Police Department and Ada County Paramedics.
WHEN: Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2021, around 7 p.m.
WHERE: St. Luke’s Boise Medical Center, ground level on Jefferson Street or Avenue B, outside St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital/Children’s Pavilion.
TRAFFIC ADVISORY: It is expected that traffic on E. Jefferson Street and Avenue B will briefly be impacted around the time of the event, approximately 6:45-7:30 p.m. Traffic officers will be present and directing vehicles though the area in an effort to avoid delays and keep traffic running.
