14 Sep EENA Board Elections September 22, 2020 Via Zoom
Hello East End Residents,
As many of you know the East End Neighborhood Association usually holds an Annual Meeting and Elections in the Spring and then an Annual Picnic in September. This year, as you all know, is a little different. EENA was hoping that when we had to postpone the elections and Annual Meeting in the Spring that we would be able to combine the picnic, annual meeting, and elections in September. We are now in September and still many are not comfortable meeting with larger groups and meeting inside. It saddens us to make this announcement but due to the current state of affairs we are canceling the annual picnic and holding the elections via Zoom at our regular scheduled monthly meeting on Tuesday September 22, 2020. While the picnic is something that many of us look forward to each year, it’s far more important to make sure that everyone stays healthy and well!
This is the first year that EENA is holding its elections online via Zoom. If you’d like to attend, please email EENA at email@example.com and we will send you the link for the meeting, we’d love to have you join us and participate!
This year our election slate for 2020-2022 is as follows:
Sheila Grisham – re-election
John Magnum – re-election
John Crowley – re-election
Bob Bennett – re-election
John Stans – new
Mona Utting – new
If you are interested in being a member of the board, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are always looking for new volunteers to join us! It’s a wonderful way to meet new people and to keep up with all that is happening in the East End.
The agenda for this meeting will be posted in the next few days so keep an eye out for them either on this website or our Facebook page.
Looking forward to seeing you!
