Join COMPASS and the Idaho Transportation Department’s Office of Highway Safety as we welcome Joel Feldman, founder of “End Distracted Driving,” and father of Casey Feldman. Casey was killed by a distracted driver when she was just 21.

He is the creator of EndDD.org, “End Distracted Driving,” and has developed educational resources for use by businesses, schools, and community groups.
